Simplify, relax, minimize, breathe cleaner air, stop trying to keep up with the Joneses and switch off your mobile phone. In other words, break the mold. Edeline Lee gives us some examples with which to live better. And wouldn't you know it, they're the inspirations of her AW 2016 collection.
For the fifth collection of her career, the Canadian fashion designer chooses to display pure, clean lines and eco-friendly fabrics. Classic silhouettes with exaggerated, simplified details.
From the cream-colored trench coat with tubular hems and contrast piping, to the pant-skirt combo that shimmers like emeralds, the collection delicately references the chromatic graphics of Mondrian with splashes of flower prints here and there.
With so much freshness, charisma and Zen-like spirit this collection won't be labeled as new age, but rather joyous good sense. Prepare for a revolutionary Autumn.
